What we grow

We grow a variety of vegetables in the great outdoors, choosing ones that suit Canterbury’s climate and seasons and our own farm’s soils.  We select suitable varieties from the cabbage and brassica families, to bring you your favourites, such as bok choy and cauliflowers, all year round.  We also offer seasonal crops, such as pumpkins and sweet corn, to tempt your taste buds with tasty offerings just when the time is right.  Here is what we may have to offer, depending on the season:

Shanghai/Pak Choy
Spring Onion
Cucumber
Silverbeet
Cabbage
Leeks
Cauliflower
Kohlrabi
Daikon
Pumpkin
Sweet Corn
Artichoke
